question about my new build

I'm getting ready to build a new system and I wanted to know if anyone foresees any problems with what I'm getting ready to put in it. I was given an ECS nFORCE4-A939 mobo to start with. I'm wanting to put in a 120 gig Seagate SerialATA 150, 1GB (2x512) of Corsair ValueRAM, EVGA 7800GT/GTX PCI-e vid card, and an AMD 64 3500+. With my current hardware I'm running a 420W Thermaltake PS. When I upgrade with the aformentioned parts, is it possible that I may need to upgrade my PS as well? I'm kind of unsure about that ValueRAM, too. Any comments, suggestions, advice....anyone? Thanks.

I'm not to sure about the Mobo and the PSU...but everything seems good.

Edit:Go with a Asus MB and a Antec Power supply.

I am not a big fan of ECS but your PS might not have the correct 24pin main it still maybe only a 20 pin. If so get the 450w forton for 50 bucks (its the same that is repeated in over 70% of these threads)
