Question about MSI K7N2-L Onboard Sound

Should i use the MSI OnBoard sound? or is my SB LIve Value better? I did the Ziff Davis Audio test.. and my SB Live CPU utilization is around 5-6%.. whereas on Hard|OCP, their test show the onboard sound is around 0-2%. However, when looking at the hardware voices section.. my SB Live does 31 and the onboard sound does 0! Any ideas which would be better?
