Question about MS training classes

My company wants me to go a MS Windows XPe classes for training. I search on MS website and there are basically 2 centers in my city that offer the course. Apex Infotech charges $2200 and have already sold out their sept class. The other center is called Integrated Digital technologies. They charge $850 for the same course and I'm the first person to sign up for their october class.
Why such a big price difference? Anybody has experience with this centers?

Man just buy a book. XP can very easily be learned at home. There are even some very good cbt courses. You can learn XP really well in about 2 weeks. Just get a copy of the OS if you don't already have one. Set aside about an hour so a night and trust me in 2 weeks you'll know XP real well. The MS training book 70-270 is very good and is the book most schools will use.

the company is paying for it, but I don't think they will be happy when I say want to take the $2200 course instead of the $850 (at least I need to have a good logic behind that). BTW, this is for XP Embedded.
