Question about moving a page to a new location.

I have to d/l a webpage and then re upload it. Is their any way i can download the entire page encluding all the links? Instead of getting html file individually?

There is a program that does that, downloads absolutely every gif,jpg,html etc. from a site. I forgot the name, i'll dig it up later when i get home.
