Car Insurance
Food
Cable TV and Internet
Water
Gas and Electric
Credit Card Payments OR ING DIRECT
Car Gas
Car Maintenance
Entertainment
Unforseen expense budget

Anything I am missing?

Some of those might not apply depending on where you live. Often, apartments include garbage and water in the rent.

Agree with the renter's insurance, and specify that you want replacement value not actual value of goods or else you'll get jacked when you make a claim.

you should budget money for entertainment (going out, meals not at home etc) so that it doesn't come out of "unforeseen expenses" every month.
