Say you have a monitor that has a built in scaler. From what I understand the scaler introduces input lag.

Would the input lag still be there if the scaler is set for 1:1?

Would using the video card scaling introduce input lag?

All LCD's have some input lag. It would probably be less with a 1:1 setting (aka just set res to native res.) It also depends on the monitor.

I imagine it would be less latent than the monitors built in scaling.
