question about money orders

i recently had to write a money order for a online transaction. while filling out the money order, i accidently wrote the wrong name in the "pay to the order of". so i crossed it out once, wrote the correct name, and i initialed the crossed out mistake i made. will the person receiving the money order have any difficulty cashing the money order? if so, i may have to tell that person to send back the money order so i can get a new one for him to cash, while trying to figure out someway to not lose the money i originally paid for the money order i screwed up.
