Anyone with experience with money orders (i.e. not me), is it possible to just deposit these things into an account like I would with a check? If so, then I'll just stop by the ATM tonight and drop it off.

If not, do I have to stop by a gas station and try to cash this thing in or something?

Yep, basically a check, just a lot harder to forge and/or steal. A lot of times they're tracked via computer.

Frankly I think they're worth the 25¢ fee for the security. It's not like they can be washed and then used to empty your account.

Okay, where do you get the money order for 25... um, I don't think there's a "cent" key on my keyboard.

Anyway, where do you get a money order for $0.25? The cheapest I've found is at the US post office for like $0.80. Just curious.
