At first I couldn't use DCC Send. I would try and it would disconnect me. After going throught the mIRC FAQ, I changed some settings and now I can DCC Send. However, now can send a file but a few seconds later I get disconnected again. WTH?

At first, I thought my ISP had that port blocked, but if it was blocked it wouldn't have let me send the file in the first place. So why am I getting disconnected AFTER I send the file? Any help is appreciated.

Craig

EDIT: Since I changed the settings it says my local host is my local IP address of the comp on my LAN. Shouldn't it be my public IP address?

Yeah, I used to have problems with DCC behind my Linksys router with NAT. So I just stuck my computer in the DMZ when I used it.
