Question about Memory

This PC has a KT600 motherboard from Gigabyte in it (GA-7VT600 1394) and 512Mb of DDR333. I'm thinking of adjusting it to 3200+ speeds, and later this year i'm going to upgrade the CPU and motherboard.
I was out of a job for 6 months, but I *finally* got another Pharmacy Technician job! Woo hoo!

I'm getting a 9800 Pro from MSI in a few weeks, beceause i'm going to ask for Far Cry for my 21st birthday (in August). I have been browsing memory stuff, and I was figuring on OCZ or Mushkin RAM. If I may upgrade later, what RAM should I get? I don't know if I want to buy the highest end stuff around, but maybe close to it. By the time I buy RAM, I should have near 5000 in the bank (saving up...for a reason), and I only have a $40/mo cell phone bill. Is Mushkin's Level II DDR 400 better than OCZ's EL ram? How do you guys feel about the Enhanced Bandwidth RAM that OCZ has that I have read about...do you think that would be the best choice? I'm not sure if I should choose DDR400 or DDR433, what do you think?

I'm going to be building it up to be a high-end system, since i'm going to get one of the 12ms 17" LCD screens in September as well. Definitely don't need any help with that one :). How about Corsair's XMS series? I notice it seems to be more expensive than the other two on newegg. Is this a justified price increase, or is this just overly expensive? I did search and found some stuff, but I wanted fresh answers :).

Thanks for your help!

i am a mushkin fanboy.

i would get some DDR400 with decent latency you could look @ stuff w/ 2-3-2 timings.

I am pretty sure that if you choose ocz, corsair or mushkins premium stuff you wont be disappointed. just do whats easier for your wallet.

I'm going to play the cynic here and say get any of those that doesn't break the bank. Only check around if you are planning on overclocking.

It's your money, but you might want to do some research on how little timings affect system performance before you shell out that kind of dough. Especially if you're looking to get an A64. It you're gonna OC, paying a little more for PC3700 or PC4000 is ok, but paying for timings generally isn't worth it.
