Question About Memory Speeds

Hi, I am building a new system based around a Gigabyte nforce4 Athlon 64 mobo. It is the GA-K8NU-SLI.

I want to buy 2gigs of RAM. I am wondering what memory speed I should get. PC4000, PC4200, or what?
