Question about Memory Divider

Im currently running at 300fsb x 9 CPU multiplier, this is way to many mhz for my RAM so I tried using the 140 divider (7/10) which would bring my ram to 210 (DDR420)

Everything works fine but when i go into Memtest it displays my memory speed as 300mhz (DDR600) and in windows CPU-Z doesnt say its 210 either. Is this normal and is it really running at 210 (DDR420)?

Set the 3:2 divider (133MHz), that 10MHz isn't going to make the difference... Maybe this way it'll be correctly displayed...

I've had similar results with some of the dividers with my DFI board(that being one of them). I would do what Wentel suggested and use the 133mhz divider.
