Question about management visiting apartment

Question for those who live or have lived in apartments. I got a letter from the management saying they'll be visiting my apartment with potential renters (I've given my 60 day notice) Normally I don't have any problems with this but they scheduled it for 4pm and me and the wife will not be home. I feel uncomfortable having them coming into my place. Can I demand that they reschedule during a time I'll be home?
This is in Arlington, VA btw.

Nope. they have the right to show it whenever they can.

But you might ask them. odds are they will show it while you are there.

Varies state to state. In most states, they have to at least notify you that they will be in your apartment. Some states, they need your approval.
