Question about MainConcepts DV Codec

I downloaded the Demo to get VirtualDub to work with the proprietary Sony codec files, everything works. But it says everything is functional except for a watermark that will appear in everything.

I just encoded ~ 1 minute or so and the only watermark I see is DiVX.

Will it pop up middle of the movie or something?
