Question about Lost

does anyone know if the 8 PM episode tomorrow is a repeat, recap of last season, or new episode?

I read the summary in tivo, but couldn't tell, and now I'm not sure if I should bother recording it or cancel it to record something else at that time.

that's the description for the 8 o'clock episode I read on tivo and it sounded kinda like a clipshow/recap of last season, but I guess I'll record it just to be sure and f' the apprentice 🙂
