question about leasing a car...

I'm leasing a car right now, and in my 4th and final year. I think there are some things I need to fix, like the warped rotors and some other minor stuff... is it true that leased cars are always under warantee?
 
Not for normal wear parts "ex. brakes, rotors, tires" a leased car has just the same warranty as if you had bought it.
