I recently recived a product from a online store. I ordered the product about 2 months ago, and then cancelled the order. It looks as though the company removed the product from the invoice, but not the shipping manifest. What are the laws reguarding this, do i have to contact the company? How long until the product is legally mine? Can the company leagally charge my credit card?

Thanks,

Brad

Well since you are seemingly aware of the error, I would guess that the law will state that you legally are required to return it to them if they ask / bring some action against you.

Well obviously anyone who didnt pay for something is aware that the company made an error. I am just wondering if the company does not know there own error, if i am required to tell them. I personally dont think that i am.

Let's say they decide to charge you. And clearly they shipped you the product. What would you do then?

I would send it back...I told them to cancel, so they are in the wrong. If they dont take it back, ill just sell it, i want planning on opening it for awhile anyway.
