Question about laptop sizes

i was shopping for some laptop bags, and i currently own a 700m from dell.

while shopping, i came across the zeroshock sleeves, and i wanted to get one, but am unsure of which model to get.

the seller states there are different sizes, for example:

A4, and B5. i have no idea what these mean, and was hoping someone could shed some light on it.
