Question about JASPER, please help if you can

Does ANYONE know if (IN CANADA) the Pro Console has the Jasper in it??? I know the RED Elites have it and Arcades but i havent heard ANYTHING on the PRO and just to make sure HAS THE JASPER hit canada at all? or just America???
 
360's in general seem to have a lot of problems, seems like a new one is coming up with the video on the jaspers. I don't own an xbox but I do believe its worth while to buy one from a best buy or a similar place that also sells warrentee service.
 
Just look for 12.1 amps on the back of the console. You should be able to read the .1 part through the cardboard cutout in the box.
