Question about James Bond martini

The standard recipe calls for:
1. 3 parts gin
2. 1 part vodka
3. 1/2 part kina lillet or lillet blanc

what do you think is a good substitute if i can't find lillet?

i suppose the point of it is that there isn't a substitute...unless you want something other than a Vesper

Use vermouth. Martini & Rossi Bianco would be class.
