Question about Itunes on a mac

Pretty new to the mac world. I did have this question about Itunes. It has an option which shows what the current song played is. Now when that option is selected, the current song is displayed albeit with a green status.

is it possible to add a busy "Current Itunes song" selection which would automatically display the track played but show me as busy.
 
Well, one you use to chat with people, and the other for listening to tunes 🙂

On a more serious note, I do not know of a way to do that. In fact Adium appears to do the same thing, iTunes song but in Available status.
