Hi, I just wanted some advice on what to do. I had sold some DDR2 dual channel memory. The buyer PMed me back saying that they were DOA; however I had tested them before shipping it out using MEMTEST since I had an issue with another user a few months ago. Therefore I don't ship it out without testing. The other thing is that the one ram stick seems to have been tempered with. there is a sticker label over where the heatspreader clips which seems have been separated. Also the corner of the ram stick have been damaged, seems like the buyer had tried to force the memory in incorrectly. Because of this, I can't even get an rma on the memory.
