Question about installing XP

MY hard drive is partition into 10 and 30GB partitions. I have Win '98 and all my apps on the 10GB. Can I just install XPto the 30GB partition?? Any tips on installing it??
 
yes you can. when prompted to upgrade choose no, do a clean install, check the an advanced options, check the choose partiton to install option and take it from there. I hope this wasn't too vague. I'm sure someone here will jump in an fill any gaps I may have left out. Good Luck
 
Personally I think you should just overwrite 98, but the way you want to do it will work fine too 🙂
