question about Idling temp for A8V deluxe socket 939 motherboard

My computer in bios is idling at 33.5C and the motherboard temp is 22C. Is this a good temp to idle at? Im also a gamer so how much more would my temp probably be when I play Medal of Honor. Im using a AMD 3000 right now but I also have the AMD 3400. Which one would you use and overclock?
 
Temps look great! If your going to overclock I would try the 3000+ first, if you got a good one it will clock quite abit higher than the 3400+. And if you happened to get a dud you can switch to the 3400+ which is already @ 2.2ghz and should easily clock to 2.4ghz
