for help in identifying this Card

That's a combination video/SCSI/NIC/I/O card that are used int he Proliant ML350 G1s. I've never tried to use one in another machine and I think HP had a special port on the board for this card. It might look like a PCI slot but I don't think it was one.

The server you have is a Proliant ML350 G1 server. I forgot the exact name that Compaq/HP gave it. I was just looking at one in our ML350 G1 server. The ML350 G2 used Tualatin based PIIIs and G3s used P4 based Xeon CPUs.

Here's a link to the support site for this model.

well actually its a dual P3 compaq ml350 proliant server. my work was throwing away so i volunteered to take it ;)

i have a couple questions.

there was only 1 CPU in it, and in the other slot, This was in the CPU's place. what the heck is it?

also, there is this hugeCard. it appears to be a SCSI, NIC, and a video card all-in-one. is that what it is?

i know price checks are against forum rules, but i was wondering how much you guys think this server could fetch on Ebay. it has...

1 600P3(i think only 1)
that SCSI/NIC/VID card
1 SCSI cable
no hard drives
no PSU
256 pc-133
floppy
cd rom
and the mobo of course, and the case

excuse my n00bness with this. i didnt get started on computers till the P4 days.

alright, just put this thing on ebay. starting price is $25, $40 shipping.
