Question about Hotmail

Im at work and they just updated the proxy today. We are no longer allowed to access Hotmail but I am still able to view another email account that I have. Is it possible to use the second email service to view Hotmail by configuring the Pop3 accounts? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
 
As long as you can access the Internet, you can check mail in just about any POP3 server simply by going to web2mail, and entering your email account and password. I was able to do this from a ship at sea two weeks ago! Very cool!
