Question about hosting (Dixiesys) EDIT: Fixed problem

Sorry if this is the wrong forum... figured most people here could help me out. I signed up for Dixiesys hosting, paid and all.... now what do I do? I haven't gotten any emails besides my payment confirmation... I don't see anywhere on their site where I can go... I am clueless This is my first time hosting with an outside company, usually just did it on my machine. Can somebody enlighten me as to what I need to do to get started? thanks

When did you sign up? You normally get a 'All Set' email within 24 hrs.

For immediate service, head to irc.dixiesys.com #help - There are tech support online all the time there. Ask them...

I signed up about 20 hours ago... they say on the site that your account should be set up in no more than 12 hours.

yeah, go to their irc.dixiesys.com and go to the #help channel... they'll solve your problem quick
