Question about homework questions

how come,

all the homework requests

we get around here are for math and physics

problems? No one ever requests a French translation or asks about Godot.

We used to get other questions. Once long ago, when the Earth was young, I recall heat123 posting a good question about "The Death of the Ball Turret Gunner" by Randall Jarrell for a college literature class.

As you'd expect from the father of Heatware, it wasn't a whiny "do my work for me" question either.

Now the Earth is older, literature is dead, and liquid metal machine seek the last few who read books for enjoyment rather than duty.
