Who provides the pictures and writes the content? Issue with pictures is how do I make sure the pictures were not stolen from some website? Do I ask to see where the pictures were obtained from and what their copyright is?

Also, how do I find someone to write the content? This is for an residential ac repair, install and service company's website.

Thank you. I will just have to make sure that the pictures come from stock photos websites and not ripped off of Flickr or something. Although I did notice stock photo groups on flickr

Typically you would write the content and give it to the web designer... or you find a web designer that knows how to write well and you have to provide them with the technical information / be prepared to answer any questions they have as they write content (ie: they're web designers, so they aren't going to know jack about technical abbreviations, technical terms, any of the processes, etc... also, just because someone is a web designer doesn't mean they're going to be able to write any better than you can). Just remember content writing is time that you get billed for, so if you're on a tight budget you might want to spend as much time as it takes to write everything yourself.

If you're lucky, you get a coder/designer with a degree in English :p Unfortunately, my business is not ready to launch so you're SOL :D

Who needs web coders when you can just copy/paste code from source files? :p
