Question about HDMI Monitors and 8800GTX

i recently purchased 2 hdmi monitors and an 8800gtx.

should i connect them using a HDMI-to-DVI Cable, or just use dvi? will i notice a difference?

If they are both implemented that same as far as what resolutions / scaling options / overscan options etc. are the same, the image quality should be identical as they are basically just the same signal in two different forms with HDMI adding audio.

DVI-D should work just fine.
