how come the stock clock speeds are777/1125? aren't they 777/2400? also, the GPU temp is 50C idle. is that wrong? i've read in other forums they got lower.
 
Default 3870 clocks are 777/1126 (2251). Most 3870 fans spin very slow by default, expect temps in the 50-90 range. You can use Rivatuner to set a higher constant fan speed (45% is good for 40-70).
