question about hd

For 1080i transport stream files, at least 2GHz+. For 1080p WMVHD, at least 3GHz+. For 1080p h.264 HD, dual processor.

are you sure about that? i have a 2500 xp-m and 1080i runs at 14-15 fps. wtf? is it video card dependant or something?
