question about HD on original Xbox

i'll be hosting a small halo party using a projector.
i'm hoping to increase the quality a little bit,
does halo 2 in 480p look much better than standard resolution?

Sure, 480p will look better than 480i, but just keep in mind that 480p is not HD.

If this is the only time and reason you'd be using them, then it isn't worth that much money.

You can get a 3rd party Component cable for like 10 bucks

I paid about $15 for a component cable that works on the Xbox and PS2. You can only have one hooked up at a time or no audio though... (same cable UpgradeFailure linked to)
