Question about Haswell voltage spike

Hello everyone,

Today I OC'd my 4670K to 4.4GHz (as well as mix+max Cache Ratio @ 44) by raising my CPU voltage to 1.195V. It runs great, stable and the idle temperatures are acceptable (32-36c) as well as load temps (60-70c while playing a Source game and live-streaming it at 1080P).

The only thing that worries me is that every once in a while, maybe once every 5-15 minutes, the voltage spikes up to 1.32V for less than 3 seconds.

Is this a sign I should power down and lower my overclock or can this be ignored?
