Question about Harmony software & TV volume.

With the Harmony 300 remote using the web version it would automatically have TV volume mapped on whatever other device I was using.

With the 650 and software. I always have to switch to TV to use the volume. How do I fix this?
 
In the Logitech Software, under the activity labeled Watch TV, click on the Customize Buttons. For the commands Volume Up, Volume Down, and Mute, choose TV as device.
