Hi.
It's something I'm wondering about.
Let's pretend the following:
The Hard-Disk Drive in question has no Operating System installed on it. Only misc data (a general purpose D: Drive in other words). The Drive has a capacity of 40 GB, and is currently empty. There is (let's pretend it) one single file to download and put on the Drive. But the file is 41 GB.
So, take that example into consideration and, please, tell me what would happen if there is "too much" data to download for the HDD's capacity. Anyone know ?
Is there any message saying something similar to "not enough space" ? Would anything shut down ? Such as the OS, the Drive itself, or perhaps the Internet connection ?
Just curious.
Oh and, by the above I meant that the 41 GB file would be in a downloading process. To fill the Drive. It's at the "end of the Drive's capacity" that I'm wondering...what would happen, because the download would want to continue, for example.
