Question about Gigabyte GA-6VA7+ Mobo and Celeron processor choices (can it take FCPGA2 .13 chip?)

I have a Gigabyte GA-6VA7+ Mobo here. This board is an At form factor with AT/ATX power supply connectors. I still have an AT case/power supply and would like to use this perfectly good mobo. I am going to purchase a Celeron for this board.......my question is......will this mobo accept a Celeron FCPGA2 processor (.13 micron)? I will either be buying a Celeron 900 (FCPGA 100 mhz fsb) or this chip here.. The second chip is a Celeron 1.1a FCPGA2 .13 micron 100 mhz fsb. The 1.1a is the same price as the 900 mhz but it has twice (256k) on board cache, so I would prefer the 1.1a. Will the above mobo accept the 1.1a?

The mobo will accept socket 370 up to 1.2 ghz.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I would like to order this weekend.
