question about Geforce 2 (Elsa)

I'm not really knowledgable on the whole nVidia scene (ex-Matrox fan, still running a G400) but I just built a new computer for my little brother with a Elsa Geforce 2 GTS given to him by a friend. Anyway, I went to Elsa's site to download some drivers. Downloaded two versions for Windows 2000.

Both versions work fine, except one of them when switching into Starcraft, the game is displayed in an area half the size of the total screen. Adjusting the monitor's settings was no help.

So I installed the second set of drivers, and it plays Starcraft fine, but everytime on boot up, it gives me a pop up error saying some dll initialization failed. I forget the exact file because I'm away from home right now.

Does anyone know of a better set of drivers? Perhaps from nVidia themselves? I looked and it seems they don't offer their own drivers?
The two I drivers I downloaded from Elsa are here: Elsa Gladiac Geforce2 GTS

The first one is the one that messed up in Starcraft. The second one, (Win2K Treiber? What does that mean?) is the one with the DLL error.

The error doesn't bother me that much, but I was wondering if there was a fix for it.

Should I flash the BIOS too? What kind of benefits are there from the bios flash? Oh and what is with the QUADRO hack? I hear it helps with the 2d? Lastly, I'm guessing I should grab the Detonator 4 drivers or whatever they are?
