Question about FTP servers. G6 FTP v2.0 specifically. Need help

I just set up an FTP server for the first time and so far everything is going good except none of my users can go "back." They can't hit the (folder with ^ arrow) to go back to the home directory. This program also has the option to auto include a home folder but I still get the 550 CDW failed. No permission. If anyone uses G6 lemme know cause I'm stuck. Maybe I'm overlooking a setting somewhere?

I'm going to stick with G6 for now. It's simple and does everything I need it to.
