Question about FSB and multipliers

Say I have a XP 2400 mobile chip..Say I set the multiplier to 8 x 250 fsb = 2000 ghz

Now say I set the multiplier to 10 x 200 fsb = 2000 ghz

Would both of these be equal, or would one have the edge on the other ?

***Take into account that I would have good ram to hit 250 fsb, proper cooling ect..🙂
