I have a Dell Concession code I'm interested in selling. It is not a coupon code (i.e. 15% off or 30 off 150). It is a code that pretty much is a gift certificate. I searched for these threads in FS/FT, and some are locked, but there are people there who posted that they think that selling them is NOT against forum rules. Can I put this up for sale?
