Question about front audio connections in front of case

I would like to be able to use the front audio connections on my antec sonata II case. my MOBO is an epox 9npa+ultra. is it possible to have both the front and back working, or is it one or the other? i dont feel like opening it up and fooling around with it because it would be a pain since i am at school. what would i have to change around inside?
