Question about Flashing RX 480 Bios

For experienced users, I'm looking for some clarification on using AtiWinFlash. My Devil 480 has dual bios, PowerColor has an updated bios availble for both OC and Quiet.

For example, I want to flash the OC bios, do I need to be using the OC bios to flash the OC bios? Or should I flash the bios that is not active, if that's possible?

And to confirm the steps of flashing either bios with Winflash.
Backup current bios
Load new bios -> Program
Upon successful flash, reboot PC

Am I missing anything?

Pretty sure it'll flash the booted bios. At least that's the way it worked in the past.

Thanks for the info. Not sure what exactly that has to do with my situation though? Powercolor has provided the updated bios files already. Are you implying that I will not be able to flash?
Oh! Sorry, I thought you were doing a custom bios.

You can change the bios switch after boot up.

I would suggest flashing using the DOS version. I've had some issues flashing using the Windows version.
