Question about flashing keypads in cellular phones

How does the flashking battery or keypad know when to flash? I want to have something that keeps the batter and the keypads flashing ALL THE TIME so that it will attract customers to my kiosk. Any suggestions?

You could look at the voltage the battery puts out, then use a battery of the same voltage and probe the circuit board till you know what causes the flashes, trial and error, but it should work
