Question about flash memory...

My computer has an SD card reader built into the front of the case...only problem is, it is the older version of reader that can't read SDHC. I'm wondering if this can be remedied with some sort of adapter? If not, can the card reader be replaced somehow? Or should I just look at a new case?

Guess another option is an external card reader using USB...but I would rather avoid this if possible...unless someone knows of a very small reader that is unobtrusive.

There are hundreds (well, at least tens) of each of these available.

Thanks for that, I had looked at some of these...but I can't use the internal kind as I have no open bays (in fact only one optical bay on this comp, it's SSF). I don't have space a for one of the larger external adapters. I noticed a few adapters that works with USB, hadn't seen those before...but looks like most don't even support SDHC, only MicroSDHC for some dumb reason. Hmmmm.

Here is another question....

For my purposes, I could either get 4 SDHC cards that hold 32GB each for around $300 and deal with this issue...or I could spend an extra $50 to $75 for a 128GB jump drive. What would you do? I like the smaller storage offered by the SDHC cards, but the jump drive might be a little more reliable? Any thoughts?
