One question, i was wondering if anyone knew what happens if you reverse or connect the 6-pin cables backwards? For example, since some external hard drive cases have poor firewire ports, the 6 pin cable even though it has a unique shape can go in either way, unlike some good cases have a definite shape (the firewire half rectangle and half three sided) and you can only put it in one way. by mistake without carefully looking i but the cable up-side down (backwards, reversed) and it actually fit without me realizing that it was upside down. thanks!
