Question about file sharing between 2 WinXP computers.

I have two computers, let's label them comp1 and comp2.

I'm trying to keep permissions restricted so that the folder comp2\folder\ has full access to only administrators on comp2 and user comp1\admin\.

If this doesn't make since just reply and I'll try to clarify it.
