Question about fedex

Actually, does Dell ship fedex? I thought they did. Anyway, is there a way to call/email whatever to fedex and not have them deliver the package, but rather go and pick it up yourself. They always seem to come after I go to work at 4 o clockish. Thought this would be a better idea, but I don't know if they let you do it. Thanks

They'll attempt a delivery first. after that, you can pick it up I believe.

Oops, for some reason thought they shipped fedex, seems like everyone else does
