Question about Federal Job results rating...

I applied for several Fed jobs recently and I just got a notice of results back for one of them that gave me an 86 rating.

For those of you that have applied for Fedjobs in the past, what was your rating score for the position and did you get the job?

I have googled and can't seem to find any on this, I know that the minimum rating if you qualify is 70 for all the fed jobs I have seen.
Anybody have any tips on applying to fed jobs or any experiences that might help?

never heard of a rating... i got my fed job the same way i'd get any job: interviewed with people, got job offer, accepted job offer.

Apparently they rate you against other people based on your experiences/questions ou answer about your experience and if your eligible you get a score between 70-100
