question about extra USB header on ABIT AN7 mobo

i just bought a new case at COMPUSA and it has 2 USB ports on front of the casa with the wiring to connect them. on my mobo there is an extra USB header that has 10 pins arranged in groups of 2. now my question is, are those pins meant for 2 ports or 1? the wires from the case only cover 1 pin per USB port, are they supposed to cover both pins on the mobo?

On my motherboard ( Asus K7V133 ) it has a secondary USB header in a 10 Pin ( 5 pins long x 2 pins wide ) where each side of 5 is a seperate USB port.

The pins should go like this ( not necessarily in this order )
1 Pin for +5V
1 Pin for D+
1 Pin for D-
1 Pin for Ground
1 Pin for Ground Braid ( Should be the same as Case Ground / Ground )

Make sure you get the corresponding pins right, I don't believe the Case Manufacturers / Motherboard Manufacturers stick to a standard - This happened on my ECS K7VZA. Check ABITs website for the pinout.
